Ricky Yost built AIM Home Inspections on a home-repair background and a genuine people-first approach. He's a TREC-licensed professional real estate inspector and InterNACHI member serving Aubrey, Oak Point, and the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area, and he treats every inspection, whether it's a first home or a new build's final walkthrough, with the same level of care.
AIM is a real family operation. Ricky handles the inspection, Martina handles scheduling and communication, and there's no rotating cast of contract inspectors between the two. That's part of why clients keep calling back for their next inspection, and sending friends and neighbors their way.
